プライバシーポリシー

一般社団法人生態総合研究所（以下「当法人」といいます。）は、当法人が提供するサービス「Shimanto River2023」（以下「本サービス」）における、あらゆるユーザーについての個人情報を含む利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

第1条 収集する利用者情報及び収集方法

本ポリシーにおいて、「利用者情報」とは、ユーザーの識別に係る情報、通信サービス上の行動履歴、その他ユーザー又はユーザーの端末に関連して生成又は蓄積された情報であって、本ポリシーに基づき当社が収集するものを意味するものとします。 本サービスにおいて当社が収集する利用者情報は、その収集方法に応じて、以下のようなものとなります。 (1)ユーザーからご提供いただく情報 本サービスを利用するために、又は本サービスの利用を通じてユーザーからご提供いただく情報は以下のとおりです。 ア．メールアドレス イ．ウォレットアドレス ウ．入力フォームその他当社が定める方法を通じてユーザーが入力又は送信する情報 (2)ユーザーが本サービスの利用において、他のサービスと連携を許可することにより、当該他のサービスからご提供いただく情報 ユーザーが、本サービスを利用するにあたり、ソーシャルネットワーキングサービス等の他のサービスとの連携を許可した場合には、その許可の際にご同意いただいた内容に基づき、以下の情報を当該外部サービスから収集します。 ア．当該外部サービスでユーザーが利用するID イ．その他当該外部サービスのプライバシー設定によりユーザーが連携先に開示を認めた情報 (3)ユーザーが本サービスを利用するにあたって、当社が収集する情報 当社は、本サービスへのアクセス状況やそのご利用方法に関する情報を収集することがあります。これには以下の情報が含まれます。 ア．リファラ イ．IPアドレス ウ．サーバーアクセスログに関する情報 エ．Cookie、ADID、IDFAその他の識別子及びそれらに紐付けられたアクセス履歴

第2条 利用目的

本サービスのサービス提供にかかわる利用者情報の具体的な利用目的は以下のとおりです。 (1)本サービスに関する登録の受付、本人確認、ユーザー認証、ユーザー設定の記録、利用料金の決済計算等本サービスの提供、維持、保護及び改善のため (2)ユーザーのトラフィック測定及び行動測定のため (3)広告の配信、表示及び効果測定のため (4)本サービスに関するご案内、お問い合わせ等への対応のため (5)本サービスに関する当社の規約、ポリシー等（以下「規約等」といいます。）に違反する行為に対する対応のため (6)本サービスに関する規約等の変更などを通知するため

第3条 通知・公表又は同意取得の方法、利用中止要請の方法

ユーザーは、本サービスの所定の設定を行うことにより、利用者情報の全部又は一部についてその収集又は利用の停止を求めることができ、この場合、当社は速やかに、当社の定めるところに従い、その利用を停止します。なお利用者情報の項目によっては、その収集又は利用が本サービスの前提となるため、当社所定の方法により本サービスを退会した場合に限り、当社はその収集又は利用を停止します。

第4条 Google アナリティクス

当サイトでは、Googleによるアクセス解析ツール「Googleアナリティクス」を使用しています。このGoogleアナリティクスはデータの収集のためにCookieを使用しています。このデータは匿名で収集されており、個人を特定するものではありません。 この機能はCookieを無効にすることで収集を拒否することが出来ますので、お使いのブラウザの設定をご確認ください。この規約に関しての詳細はGoogleアナリティクスサービス利用規約のページやGoogleポリシーと規約ページをご覧ください。

第5条 第三者提供

当社は、利用者情報のうち、個人情報については、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ないで、第三者（日本国外にある者を含みます。）に提供しません。ただし、次に掲げる必要があり第三者（日本国外にある者を含みます。）に提供する場合はこの限りではありません。 (1)当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合 (2)合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合 (3)第4項の定めに従って、提携先又は情報収集モジュール提供者へ個人情報が提供される場合 (4)国の機関もしくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ユーザーの同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合 (5)その他、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）その他の法令で認められる場合

第6条 仮名加工情報の利用

当社は、ユーザーから取得した個人情報を、他の情報と照合しない限り、特定の個人を識別することができないように加工した状態で、当社の裁量で利用及び公開することができるものとします。

第7条 安全措置について

当社は、個人情報の取り扱いの安全管理のために必要な措置を講じるよう努めるものとします。当社は、ユーザーからの安全措置の内容に関するお問い合わせがあった場合には、誠実に回答させていただきます。

第8条 個人情報の開示

当社は、ユーザーから、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示を求められたときは、ユーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、ユーザーに対し、遅滞なく開示を行います（当該個人情報が存在しないときにはその旨を通知いたします。）。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が開示の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。

第9条 個人情報の訂正及び利用停止等

1.当社は、ユーザーから、(1)個人情報が真実でないという理由によって個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその内容の訂正を求められた場合、及び(2)あらかじめ公表された利用目的の範囲を超えて取扱われているという理由又は偽りその他不正の手段により収集されたものであるという理由により、個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその利用の停止を求められた場合には、ユーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、個人情報の内容の訂正又は利用停止を行い、その旨をユーザーに通知します。なお、訂正又は利用停止を行わない旨の決定をしたときは、ユーザーに対しその旨を通知いたします。 2.当社は、ユーザーから、ユーザーの個人情報について消去を求められた場合、当社が当該請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合は、ユーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、個人情報の消去を行い、その旨をユーザーに通知します。 3.8-3個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が訂正等又は利用停止等の義務を負わない場合は、9-1及び9-2の規定は適用されません。

第11条 プライバシーポリシーの変更手続

当社は、必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更します。ただし、法令上ユーザーの同意が必要となるような本ポリシーの変更を行う場合、変更後の本ポリシーは、当社所定の方法で変更に同意したユーザーに対してのみ適用されるものとします。なお、当社は、本ポリシーを変更する場合には、変更後の本ポリシーの施行時期及び内容を当社のウェブサイト上での表示その他の適切な方法により周知し、又はユーザーに通知します。

Privacy Policy

The Ecological Research Institute, Inc. (the "Corporation") has established the following privacy policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, of all users of the "Shimanto River 2023" service (the "Service") provided by the Corporation. The following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is set forth below.

Article 1 User Information to be Collected and Method of Collection

For the purposes of this Policy, "User Information" shall mean information pertaining to the identification of users, action history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in connection with users or their terminals, which is collected by the Company in accordance with this Policy. User information collected by us in the Services will be as follows, depending on the method of collection. (1)Information provided by users The information provided by users in order to use the Service or through the use of the Service is as follows a. User's name E-mail address B. Wallet address Wallet address c. Wallet address Information entered or transmitted by the user through input forms or other methods determined by the Company. (2)Information provided by other services when the user permits linkage with such other services in using the Service. When a user permits linkage with other services, such as social networking services, in using the Service, the following information will be collected from such external services based on the details agreed upon when the user permits such linkage. a. Information about the user's ID ID used by the user on the external service b. User's ID used by the external service. Other information that the user has authorized to be disclosed to the linked service according to the privacy settings of the external service. (3) Information we collect when you use the Service We may collect information about your access to and use of the Service. This includes the following information a. Information about your use of the Service Referrer b. IP addresses c. IP address Server access log information d. Cookies, ADID, IDFA, and other identifiers and access history associated with them

Article 2 Purpose of Use

The specific purposes of use of user information related to the provision of this service are as follows (1)To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service, such as for accepting registrations for the Service, identification, user authentication, recording user preferences, and calculating payment of usage fees. (2)To measure user traffic and behavior (3)To deliver and display advertisements and measure their effectiveness (4)To provide information about the Service and to respond to inquiries, etc. (5)To respond to violations of the Company's terms, policies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions, etc.") regarding the Service. (5)to respond to acts that violate the Company's terms, policies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Terms, etc.") (6)To notify you of changes to the Terms of Service, etc.

Article 3 Method of Notification, Publication or Obtaining Consent, and Request for Suspension of Use

A user may request that the collection or use of all or part of the user information be stopped by making the prescribed settings for the Service, and in such case, the Company will promptly stop the use of such information in accordance with the provisions of the Company's regulations. Article 5 Third party to provide

We will not provide personal information among user information to any third party (including parties located outside of Japan) without the prior consent of the user. Article 6 Use of Pseudonymized Processed Information

We may, at our discretion, use and disclose personal information obtained from users in a form that does not allow identification of specific individuals unless it is cross-checked with other information.

Article 7 Safety Measures

The Company shall endeavor to take necessary measures for the safe management of the handling of personal information. Whenever we receive an inquiry from a user regarding the details of our safety measures, we will respond in good faith.

Article 8 Disclosure of Personal Information

When we receive a request from a user to disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will confirm that the request is made by the user himself/herself and disclose the information to the user without delay (if the relevant personal information does not exist, we will notify the user to that effect). (If such personal information does not exist, the Company will notify the user of such fact. However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Article 9 Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

1. If a user requests us to correct the content of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because (1) the personal information is untrue, or (2) the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced in advance or has been collected through deception or other wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user, or if the user requests us to stop using the information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law. If a user requests that the use of his/her personal information be discontinued in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because (1) the information is handled in a manner that exceeds the scope of the purposes of use previously disclosed, or (2) the information was collected through deception or other wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay upon confirmation that the request was made by the user himself/herself. If we decide not to correct or suspend the use of personal information, we will notify the User to that effect. 2. In the event that the Company receives a request from a User to delete his/her personal information, if the Company deems it necessary to comply with the request, the Company will delete the personal information after confirming that the request was made by the User himself/herself, and will notify the User to that effect. 3.8-3The provisions of 9-1 and 9-2 do not apply in cases where we are not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Article 11 Procedures for Changing the Privacy Policy

We will change this policy as necessary. However, in the event that the Company modifies this Policy in a manner that requires the consent of users under the law, the modified Policy shall apply only to those users who have consented to the modification in the manner prescribed by the Company. In the event of any modification of this Policy, we will notify the user of the effective date and content of the modified Policy by displaying the modified Policy on our website or by any other appropriate means.
